Guam - Assistant Attorney General Brian Kelley was arrested on a charge of 4th degree criminal sexual conduct as a misdemeanor.  He was arrested and released.  Attorney General's Office Spokesperson Eric Palacios says a request has been made for the governor to appoint a special prosecutor to the case because of the conflict of interest.

Palacios says they are unable to comment any further on the allegation, only commenting that Assistant AG Kelley was placed on administrative leave pending the completion of an investigation.
