Escape from DYA is third in last 60 days

A search is underway for two clients described to be of Chuukese descent. One of 15 years old with a tattoo of a letters "E" and "OS" and stands about 5'1"; the other is 18, standing about 5'7" with a tribal tattoo on both arms.
