Guam - A federal management team will need some additional time to ensure they provide accurate figures to the court.  The court appointed team of Dr. James Kiffer and Jim Casey have been working on the plan of action that is due to District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall on May 3.

Dr. Kiffer says they spoke to the judge last week and made it clear that it will take additional time before they can submit the plan, as they need to hire an architect to provide accurate figures of what it will cost to transform the old Goodwill building into the state-of-the-art center to treat and care for individuals with disabilities.

The duo believes it will cost approximately $25,000,000 to get the Government of Guam into compliance with an amended permanent injunction.
