Lawyers need more time for Fernsler's defense

Guam - Department of Education teacher Frederick Fernsler was scheduled to appear in the Superior Court, as his defense attorneys ask for more time to prepare for his trial.  Fernsler is accused of inappropriately touching a female student. 

He was arrested last year after police searched his classroom at D.L. Perez Elementary School in Yigo and found hidden cameras inside.  The defense's motion to continue the trial date was continued until May 4. 

According to court clerks, his case is still set for trial on May 26.
