Guam - The Guam Police Department is warning all motorists to slow down. Spokesman John Edwards says as a result of numerous complaints regarding speeding construction and dump trucks in the villages of Yona, Malojloj and Inarajan, Police Chief Paul Suba himself paid a visit to the dump site to speak with management and the drivers.
In an added effort to stop motorists from speeding through the area, the Highway Patrol Division and the Civilian Police Reserve officers were moved into these southern areas to monitor traffic. Police are also asking the public to report any speeding and reckless driving on the island's roadways.
