Guam - Five teens accused of having a role in the brutal murder of 31-year-old Vincent Bernardo Peredo are scheduled to find out when they will go to trial today.  Derrick Cruz, Cal-Jerome Delorie, Zared Zermaine Lizama and Shayne Terlaje have all pleaded not guilty to the various charges they each face.

Terlaje has asserted his right to a speedy trial.  Because various attorneys appointed to his case have withdrawn, Darren Cruz hasn't answered to the charges yet.

All five remain behind bars on $500,000 cash bail.
