Restitution hearing for man involved in stabbing

Guam - Robert Sablan, who was involved in the brutal beating and stabbing death of Kwang Oh Shin is expected to appear in court today for a restitution hearing. Sablan, along with Allan Joseph Mesa and Brian Kenny Mesa, murdered Shin for money back in 2005.
The Mesa men were sentenced to 15 years behind bars and a $10,000 fine.
