Marshals gearing up, packing M-16s

Marshals with the Judiciary of Guam will be packing heat.  The marshals are the recipient of 12 M-16 rifles which have been transferred from the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service, which is part of the Defense Logistics Agency.
