Contraband found in surprise DOC inspection
The Department of Corrections is now investigating how illegal contraband made its way inside its Pre-trial Detention Facility in Hagatna.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Department of Corrections is now investigating how illegal contraband made its way inside its Pre-trial Detention Facility in Hagatna. According to DepCor Director J.B. Palacios the agency's Special Operations Team conducted a surprise sweep at around 5 o'clock this morning at their Pre-trial Detention Facility.
Officers found marijuana, ice pipes and moonshine.
