Guam - Advance Management, Inc. held an Energy Demand Reduction and Construction Systems Seminar today at the Hyatt Hotel. The conference focused on ways contractors, project planners, architects and engineers can be more energy efficient.

AMI chief executive officer Monty McDowell told KUAM News, "Our company has been a leader in ecological solutions for the betterment of the environment of Guam and this is another one that could assist with moisture barriers, energy conservation and lots of good things, structural integrity of facilities and enhancing facilities, so they last even longer."

The seminar also provided details about new products being introduced to the Guam construction industry, which will be useful for the upcoming military buildup.
