Dededo cop has pre-trial hearing for assault

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for police officer Steven Topasna. He was arraigned in August last year facing charges of assault as a 3rd degree felony, assault as a misdemeanor and official misconduct as a misdemeanor. The charges stem from the alleged beating of Rey Gagarin.
