Guam - The Guam Police Department now has 18 new civilian police reservists who will be able to help with the shortage of officers.  As the agency struggles with a shortage of personnel to patrol the streets, today a class of civilian police reservists graduated.

The ceremony was held at the Office of Civil Defense-Guam Homeland Security Conference Room.  Over the few weeks, the reservists have been undergoing various training at the department and will now be able to hit the streets.
