Guam - Paychecks won't be soaring for employees of the Guam International Airport Authority - at least not this week.  GIAA Executive Manager Carlos Salas says the recently-approved 10% across-the-board pay increase for all airport employees is currently being processed.

Because officials are trying to work out all the logistics with processing the increases and the retroactive pay that goes with it, agency employees may have to wait until next pay period to see that money.  The board approved the raises, along with the retro pay, which will cost $1.2 million.
