Guam - The Department of Public Works on Wednesday must submit its first progress report to District Court of Guam Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood on road and bridge work projects. Those reports will be due every 15th of the month thereafter.

The order was part an opinion the chief judge issued Friday, which she also mandated DPW and federal receiver Gershman, Bricker & Bratton work together in finding funding to remove old drums and tires located at the agency's Upper Tumon property.
