Bill ensures preservation of historic items

Guam - The recent relocation of two ancient latte stones from the Nimitz Hill area to Adelup for the Latte of Freedom site prompted Senator Judi Guthertz to introduce Bill 359. The legislation would prohibit transfer of all historic properties, antiquities, and objects owned by the people of Guam or in the possession of the Guam government with out authorization from the Legislature.
