SBA honoring top small business owners

Guam - The island's top entrepreneurs will be honored for their accomplishments as Guam's leading small business by the U.S. Small Business Administration this week. This marks the 20th year since Guam was allowed to establish a state winner along with the 50 states and U.S. territories.
SBA Guam Branch manager Kenneth Lujan says, "Small businesses drive Guam's economy, creating jobs and opportunities for the island in every sector across the region." Guam's small business person of the year, Fong Wu, will get the opportunity to join the more than 100 outstanding business owners in Washington DC during National Small Business Week in May.
The 2010 Guam award winners and Champions include:
- Shana Pangelinan & Jeffrey Butland (Family-Owned Small Business of the Year and Region IX Award winner)
- Linda Tung (Woman in Business Champion of the Year)
- Keven Camacho (Financial Services Champion of the Year)
- Jack Chan (Minority Small business champion of the Year)
- Arthur Mesa (Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year)
