Mike Cruz recognizes island's child caregivers

Guam - Lieutenant Governor Mike Cruz signed a proclamation this morning, declaring April 4-10 as Child Caregivers and Development Week. Cruz says childcare givers play a big role on island as they prepare many children for the challenges expected when they go to school. 

An annual conference will be held at the end of the week at the University of Guam to recognize the caregivers.
