Latte of Freedom project completed
Just in time to conclude <em>Mes Chamorro</em> (Chamorro Month), a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held this afternoon for the completion of the Latte of Freedom project at Adelup.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Just in time to conclude Mes Chamorro (Chamorro Month), a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held this afternoon for the completion of the Latte of Freedom project at Adelup. The giant latte stone was a dream that was started by the late governor Ricky Bordallo over 30 years ago.
Government leaders including Congresswoman Mandeleine Bordallo attended the event, which also included performances from several cultural dance groups.
