Guam - 33-year-old Christina Tamannalon is scheduled to appear back in court in May to find out when she will go to trial. She pleaded not guilty to negligent homicide and child abuse.
The charges stem from the death of her two-year-old son, who went missing during a family outing at Tanguisson. The toddler's dead body was later found miles away floating in the waters off Piti.
Another criminal trial setting is scheduled for May 18.
