All agencies submit 2011 budgets

Guam - The balancing act for the Fiscal Year 2011 budget continues.  Bureau of Budget Management & Research Director Bertha Duenas says the final two agency budgets - Public Works and Public Health - were submitted to the Legislative Finance Committee today.

The Camacho Administration has pegged the coming fiscal year budget at $600 million for the General Fund in addition to $100 million in Special Fund sources and under $30 million in matching federal grants. The Finance Committee is expected to schedule budget hearings in the coming weeks.
