Maximum Security Unit remains on lockdown
The Department of Corrections Maximum Security Unit is the only area remaining under complete lockdown in Mangilao this morning, as the lockdown for the rest of the jail was lifted.

Guam - The Department of Corrections Maximum Security Unit is the only area remaining under complete lockdown in Mangilao this morning, as the lockdown for the rest of the jail was lifted. Almost one month ago a death threat was made against Warden Frank Crisostomo and Officer Abraham Santiago.
Two inmates have been identified as responsible, but Director J.B. Palacios says he hasn't taken action against them yet because they've retained an attorney. The inmates had threatened to shoot Crisostomo and Santiago if certain policies weren't lifted.
Their demands went unanswered.
