Guthertz attends WESPPAC meeting

Senator Judi Guthertz attended today's WESPAC meeting and told members the U.S. Navy should take another look at its present plan to dredge and destroy 71 of acres of live coral at Apra Harbor in order to build a new pier and turning basin for visiting aircraft carriers.
