Latte of Freedom exhibit completed at Adelup
The construction of the Latte of Freedom is now complete and to celebrate the historic event, a ribbon-cutting ceremony has been scheduled for next week.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The construction of the Latte of Freedom is now complete and to celebrate the historic event, a ribbon-cutting ceremony has been scheduled for next week. The giant latte stone was a dream that was started by the late governor Ricky Bordallo over 30 years ago.
Department of Chamorro Affairs President Sylvia Flores says the ceremony was scheduled just in time to conclude Mes Chamorro (Chamorro Month). The event takes place next Tuesday at 4pm.
