Guam - Jurors are deliberating in the criminal case against retired assistant fire chief Frank Mesa.  Court clerks confirm that jurors began deliberating on Tuesday afternoon and spent the day reviewing the evidence presented in the case and recalling the testimony from various witnesses during the two week long trial.

Mesa is accused of double-dipping by signing-off on timesheets that showed he worked at the Guam Fire Department when he was actually working at his other job at the Transportation Security Administration. A verdict had not been reached as of news time and deliberations are expected to continue on Thursday.
