Sutley wrapping-up Guam trip

Guam - President Barack Obama's main advisor on the environment, Nancy Sutley, is wrapping up her trip to Guam.  She, along with a delegation of DC officials, has been on island over the past few days seeing first hand the island's infrastructure needs in order to be able to handle the increase in population as a result of the military buildup.

The Department of Defense plans to issue a record of decision on the buildup by the end of the summer.
