Visiting official Sutley to meet senators
White House Council of Environmental Quality official Nancy Sutley and other federal officials will meet with lawmakers today as they assess the potential environmental impacts of the military buildup.
Guam - White House Council of Environmental Quality official Nancy Sutley and other federal officials will meet with lawmakers today as they assess the potential environmental impacts of the military buildup. Lawmakers expect to bring up a slew of issues on the impacts the marines relocation will have from the environment to wildlife, dredging at Apra Harbor to the sewage treatment plant and solid waste issues.
Sutley and the federal team are also expected to tour the island and visit infrastructure and military construction sites.
