Bill gives staffers time off for their kids

Guam - Vice-Speaker B.J. Cruz has introduced legislation that would allow GovGuam employees to take time off from work to participate in their children's educational activities. Bill 348 making note that parental involvement leads to higher grades, increase motivation better self-esteem and fewer instances of violent behavior.
