Guam - The White House Council on Environmental Quality Chair Nancy Sutley will join other federal officials on island on Monday to assess the potential environmental impacts of the expansion of military facilities. Sutley is expected to tour the island, visit infrastructure and military construction sites, along with meeting with senators and community members.

She will be at the University of Guam Water and Environmental Research Institute on tomorrow.
