Santa Rita school upgraded after inspection

Guam - Education Suruhanu Dominic Terlaje and the Health and Safety Task Force inspected Truman Elementary School today. Department of Education Facilities and Maintenance Manager Billy Cruz says the school advanced from a 'C' to a 'B' rating. Cruz says the Santa Rita campus received demerits for overgrown vegetation, unpainted wood, a lack of self-closing devices and a lack of urinals.

He adds that the cafeteria received an 'A' grade.
