Guam - It will take longer to find out who will fill the vacancy in the 30th Guam Legislature, as the Guam Election Commission confirms it will manually tabulate the results from Saturday's special election. GEC Executive Director John Blas says the agency needs to review invoices they recently received from Electronic Systems & Software and because that will take some time, the GEC will conduct manual tabulation on Saturday.

Don't forget polls open at 7 in the morning on Saturday and close at 8pm.
