Guam - Emily Magday will go to trial in October. She and Marianito Bautista have pleaded guilty to criminal charges accusing them of accepting bribes from several individuals in exchange for expediting their tax returns.
A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Ocotber 16, while jury selection and trial are scheduled for October 20.
