Guam - The Guam Election Commission continues preparing for Saturday's special election.  During this afternoon's board meeting GEC Executive Director John Blas said 50,000 ballots were printed for the election, but anticipates that less than half of the island's registered voters will actually cast one.

Meanwhile, officials intend to use the tabulating machines to speed up the count.  A test run is scheduled for Friday at the University of Guam Field House.  Polling sites are the same as those in Decision 2008 General Election, and polls will be open from 7 in the morning until 8 in the evening.
