Guam - The Department of Education still hasn't issued out a request for proposal to bring on board a third-party fiduciary agent to manage federal dollars for the department. According to Deputy Superintendent of Finance and Administrative Services Taling Taitano, they've received correspondences from their federal counterparts last week but nothing has been finalized.

Several months ago, DOE said it was hoping to have a third party in place by this month, but an RFP still hasn't been issued to date.
