Guam Customs says 'adios' to departing colonel

Guam - A farewell ceremony was held Friday for Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency Colonel Frank Reyes at the Fiesta Resort in Tumon. After 26 years of service, Customs officials said their goodbyes to Reyes and presented an award to him for his contribution in protecting the island's borders.
Reyes today detailed his experience with Customs, which followed his service in the Navy. His last words before departing was asking his colleagues to do great work, respect one another and treat people the way that they want to be treated.
Reyes' retirement also fell on the same day as his birthday.
