Teen escapees apprehended

Guam - The Department of Youth Affairs has apprehended the two male minors who escaped Friday night from the Youth Correctional Facility in Mangilao. The 15-year-old surrendered himself at around 5:45pm. Shortly after 6:30pm, youth correctional officers took in the second minor who was spotted along Dairy Road in Mangilao.

DYA is conducting an internal investigation to determine how the minors escaped from the facility.
