by Mindy Aguon
Guam - M.U. Lujan Elementary School was downgraded to a "B" for having a lack or urinals. The Health and Safety Task Force conducted an inspection and said eight additional urinals are needed at the campus.
Department of Education Facilities and Maintenance Manager Billy Cruz says the school was never built to accommodate the current male population. The school's cafeteria, in the meantime, received an "A".
