Judge to consider severance in baby's death case

Guam - Superior Court Presiding Judge Alberto Lamorena will hear a motion to sever in the criminal case against Christopher Gebhart, Valorie Santos and Sharika Pangelinan.  The three pleaded not guilty in relation to criminal charges accusing them of having involvement with the assault and death of a one-year-old baby girl that died.

While the three await a trial date, there was a motion to sever that would if granted, would have the defendants tried separately.  The court hasn't set a date to hear the motion.
