Guam - The Guam Election Commission started its District Registration Program last Friday. Registration will be conducted at all village mayor's office (with the exception of Hagatna) from Monday through Friday up until March 10, between 4-8pm.

To register, you should bring proof of United States citizenship or a copy of your birth certificate and a photo id.  Early in-office voting will begin on March 1 from 8am-6pm from Monday through Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturdays.
