Guam - 54-year-old Edward Megofna is scheduled to appear back in court again on Monday to find out when he will go to trial.  He is charged with aggravated murder for his involvement in the killing of Heun Sun Kennedy back in 1998 with Luis De Leon Guerrero.

He remains behind bars awaiting a trial date from the court.  Another criminal trial setting is scheduled for March 1.
