Guam - The internal affairs investigation into Police Chief Paul Suba is nearly complete. While the reports were expected to be done today, acting deputy police chief and homeland security director Frank Ishizaki says there were delays as more reports are still being finalized. He expects that the final report along with a recommendation to the governor will be completed by next week.
The IA investigation will determine whether Suba violated any department rules and regulations when he pursued two men in his unmarked official vehicle and collided with their vehicle three times in an effort to have them pull over.
