PUC to vote on power rate increase

Guam - The Public Utilities Commission meets tonight to vote on a request from the Guam Power Authority for a 3% rate hike. That's about a $6 increase on your monthly power bill. If approved, the hike kicks into effect next month.

The additional revenue will go to improvements with the power system.
