GPA sets contract for fuel provider

It's a done deal.  Petrobas Singapore Private, Ltd. will supply the Guam Power Authority with fuel for the next three years. According to the terms of the contract Petrobas will supply approximately $200 million, or 3 million barrels of fuel annually.
