Guam - Day Two of the trial of retired assistant fire chief Frank Mesa continued in the Superior Court of Guam today.  The government questioned officials who took the witness stand on TSA timesheets and labor reports signed by Mesa.  He pleaded not guilty to charges accusing him of bilking the government out of tens of thousands of dollars and labor.
