Guam - The Chamorro Land Trust Commission will be issuing notices of violations to leaseholders later this week.  A multi-agency task force, including the University of Guam and the Department of Agriculture, found a number of violations on the approximately 100 leases they've looked at so far, including illegal livestock operations, labor violations, and buildings erected without proper permits.

"The notices of violations for the lots that have been inspected already - Dr. Bob Barber from UOG will be submitting it today for our review and approval and we'll be sending it out to the lessees," noted CLTC Administrator Jess Garcia.
