Digital migration benefits PBS Guam

A transition from analog to digital transmission helped the Guam Educational Telecommunications Corporation record a $2.3 million increase in assets.  The Public Auditor reviewed PBS Guam's Fiscal Year 2009 finances.

Guam - A transition from analog to digital transmission helped the Guam Educational Telecommunications Corporation record a $2.3 million increase in assets.  The Public Auditor reviewed PBS Guam's Fiscal Year 2009 finances. 

While PBS received a clean opinion, there were three deficiencies noted with accounts receivables, bank reconciliations and fixed asset listings.
