GCIF petition to be heard today

Guam - Superior Court Judge Arthur Barcinas is scheduled to hear the petition for alternative writ in the case filed by the Guam Community Improvement Foundation against the Office of the Public Auditor.
The GCIF filed an appeal with the court after the Guam OPA denied its protest, finding there was nothing wrong with the procurement process involving the contract awarded to IBC to construct a new John F. Kennedy High School.
