Guam's medical examiner has ruled out foul play in the death of an elderly tourist woman who was found dead at the Leo Palace Resort on Wednesday afternoon.

Guam - Guam's medical examiner has ruled out foul play in the death of an elderly tourist woman who was found dead at the Leo Palace Resort on Wednesday afternoon. Dr. Aurelio Espinola ruled the 74-year-old woman's death to be an accidental drowning.
