Sherry gets 135-month jail term for crystal meth

Guam - Arthur Sherry will spend 11 years and 3 months behind bars.  Sherry was sentenced in the District Court today after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of crystal methamphetamine.  Last week his brother Robert was sentenced to 97 months behind bars.

Co-defendants Danvic Samson, Lydia Brooks and Felicisimo Castillo are waiting to be sentenced.  Law enforcement authorities confiscated more than $200,000 that has been forfeited to the federal government.
