Guam - Police have released the identity of the year's first homicide victim on Wednesday as Apriwo Orando.  Criminal Investigation Division agents have been trying to track down leads into Orando's mysterious death.

He was found dead inside the R&K Building in Harmon earlier this month and an autopsy revealed evidence of foul play. Police have been asking for the public's help in solving the case.
