Suba awaits briefing of internal investigation

The chief of police has yet to be briefed on the findings of an investigation into two police officers who struck and killed Soon Ae Chai last month.

Guam - The chief of police has yet to be briefed on the findings of an investigation into two police officers who struck and killed Soon Ae Chai last month.   Officers Donnie Pangelinan and Gerard Perez were in a patrol vehicle and struck the woman at the Kmart intersection in Upper Tumon.

Highway Patrol Division officers completed their investigation, but the results of whether the officers were at fault has not been released pending Chief Paul Suba's review of the findings.
